Anticipating snow most of the weekend, Myk decided to cook a pot roast for Sunday dinner with mom at our place. Something about a slow cooked meal on a Sunday just seems quite appropriate. Relaxing the day away while the house fills with the pleasant aromas, knowing that it won’t be long until you scoop it up and let it fall apart in your mouth.
As busy as I am these days, I am trying to take breaks and reserve days for myself. I can’t keep going 24/7, nobody can. Make sure you schedule days where the entire day, midnight to midnight is nothing but time away from work and projects. This time is reserved for you and your family.
Because really, what will you most remember about your last Sunday evening. That project you got done early, or the memorable laughs and smiles of people with happily filled bellies?
